It's not so much the talking about bitcoin as it is the hype. I get it, but it's almost a but overwhelming and comes across as abrasive. Posted a picture yesterday of a sunset, said it must be a good sign. Only response was "pamp btc" ...can't change people but we can point people towards spaces where they don't feel like they're getting mobbed 😂

There is an idea that people are 'talking ABOUT Bitcoin' by repeating bitcointwitter catchphrases. But that really is talking it up too much. It's just unconvincing spam and unfunny bitcointwitter in-jokes transplanted to nostr where it is even less relevant.
I understand. I was just trying to separate levels of conversation a bit because quite a few people do get into btc here.
