That’s a lot of sophistimacative wordings for a puppet. Does she even recognize the implications of what she is saying, or did some authority give her a gold star?

Not a SINGLE word was said that was straight talk, but if you want the part that literally meant what she said, it whittles down to two phrases out of a minute and a half: "economic governance" "designed by the authorities"
