So I've been using Alby and now Alby hub for my nostr wallet, but haven't used it because I don't have much to say, so alby hub 'closed the channel' etc. I figured I'd just leave it but it occurred to me, can I use my strike wallet to send and receive zaps? If so I'd like to since every now and then I see something I'd like to zap, and it shouldn't have any problems if I don't send or receive for a while. Can anyone at @strike (or anyone else) confirm this should work? Anybody willing to send me a few sats to test? I can send them right back if it works.

So my @Alby hub on my @Start9 server closed the channel because of inactivity. When I went to open a channel I realized that it's showing I have no balance, so it's asking me to fund it, but alby was my lightening wallet... So I expect I have to fund it from @strike or another lightening wallet. Also, when I reopen the channel, will the sats I had before it closed the channel reappear? Didn't have a lot, but would like to know for future reference... Thanks for any thoughts.

Just had an interesting conversation with my wife... She was telling me about how some 'royals' have a screwed up relationship and the wife is abusive, and noted that 'they spend $200 a week on' some frivolous thing or another (I wasn't really riveted to the story by that point. But then she said; "Can you imagine if we had an extra $200 to spend on Bitcoin every week?!?!?!" I love her so... but the conversation made me think of this guy for some reason...

The ONLY good thing about linux is it's open source. EVERY other FUCKING thing about it is utterly in-fucking-tolerable.

No idea what's going on with Nostr for me these last couple days... But Ditto and Iris just show MY posts in the feed and Primal just stays at the loading page. If I check Messages, I see nothing but notifications, explore etc all work. I tried clearing the cache on my browser etc even tried another browser, and I get the same thing. I also tested and I can still post. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! #AskNostr

FYI @primal Once again zapped someone, it showed up on the users post, it came out of my Alby wallet and then when I came back it was gone.

@Guy Swann : The man who has said "dickbutts" more in one hour than anyone you know! (or at least I hope so). But at least I understand a great deal more about this issue than I did 59 minutes ago! (though thankfully I still have no real idea what 'dickbutts' are.)

No seriously @primal where are my zaps going?!?!?! Zapped Ross an hour ago, it showed up it came out of my alby wallet (showing it went to 'Primal') and now it's NOT on Ross's post. Had at least 3000 sats disappear a couple weeks ago, another several hundred today. Where are they going? Why are they going there instead of the person / note that I zapped?
