Yes, with NOSTR we have somehow a decentralized network, based on independent relays, that can be run by anybody. Yes, is hard to shut down all, at ISP level, if a fucking gov agency will order them to do so. But the whole "anti-censorship" thing of NOSTR stays in the OBEDIENCE of the relays runners. If they are cowards will shut down themselves the public relays. I wonder how many active PUBLIC relays of today will disobey any orders to shut down. That's why NOSTR must have a strong network of PRIVATE relays and a way that do not depend of any FQDN and IPs. In the last 20 years I learned an important lesson: PEOPLE ARE FUCKING COWARDS, THEY DO NOT HAVE BALLS TO SAY NO.

No fqdn/domain, no IP - what's the alternative? Tor hidden services only?
Are you The Darth Coin that kept posting on SN? If yes, Go you fucking legend! Huge respect
What Nostr needs is a total reboot with much better keys structure and an incentive layer.

“In the last 20 years I learned an important lesson: PEOPLE ARE FUCKING COWARDS, THEY DO NOT HAVE BALLS TO SAY NO.” What’s the worst that can happen?
The number of pirates actively hosting torrents for no reason other than strengthening the community gives me great hope for the future of nostr
I'll believe that when the holy grail of torrents is completed. So far nobody has begun to work towards that goal.
I read it. Most of that stuff is available piecemeal just not as one huge file.
Most is not available it's a very broad list & sure while a good amount is available it's hard to find perfect quality or something not recorded from a vhs with all the grains & bad audio. It doesn't have to all be in one torrent it's just a huge collection of erased material that is hard to find & the holy grail would be to collect it all, have all the torrents seeded & everything's in perfect quality. It's a challenge & it will take a collective to complete it. There's over 1000 shows & movies to cover.
