I enjoy pushing my mind and body to the limits. I find it helpful keeping the mindset of a warrior preparing for battle. It pushes me to the limits, sometimes I go way too hard. But then again you train yourself for physical altercations kind of like a boxer training for a fight.

We evolved to exert ourselves in emergency situations. When we are being chased by a bear our bodies release stress hormones, endorphins and anandamide. These make us feel good so that we do not give up from tiredness or feel pain .
Interestingly many drugs of abuse act on the receptors for these chemicals.
My man has receipts. I will give you that much.
