Walking around the pretty harbour of busy restaurant and bar area with families and children at 9pm with my wife. One of those "have you got a cigarette" men comes up on her side. I have to step around her to tell him to fuck off before he'll leave us alone.
We have all just come to accept this as a normal part of your night. It's easly stopped but there's zero will on behalf of the state to do it. So they become more and more emboldened until they either cause you harm or make the place so shitty you stop going.
