Today we released the first version of Mostro and Mostro-cli which is the first Mostro client, developers and early adopters can start playing with it, we have a dockerized relay that can be used to test it easily.
If you want to help just test it and let us know how to make it better, we are getting there.
Special mention to #[0] who is making the project get better everyday.

Does that mean we don't need exchanges anymore?
Does this have an order book? Can you dm me a one-pager on the features pls #[2]?
Ok read the git. If you built P2P payments with escrow that didn’t need lightning that would more powerful as it would be fully decentralised. I’d worked on a P2P telegram bot before but felt USSD offered a better experience as you could dial the numbers on behalf of the customer thus making it look like an app plus it would work online on any phone. But then certain telcos started charging per transaction vs session…
Typo sorry, “work offline with any phone”…
watch the video, or install mostro-cli and execute it, you'll see the options
It's a pleasure to help developing Mostro, I am still a noob in Rust so I am calling all good developers here to partecipate and help us get a better codedase.
Mostro is a simple a cool idea to exchange sats with the layer of Nostr, hope we will improve fast.
Next steps:
-- Have a good experience with CLI for a skilled user ( CLI won't ever be for basic users ).
-- Having a GUI
It's a pleasure to work with #[2] a really devoted btc dev, and most of all...a really nice person!!
Fuck exchanges.
