Hosting is never "per mb". You need a time dimension, too. Those services are not yet very sophisticated. One tier. Maybe three. Can't pay as you go, which probably is because they want something like rent. Also they probably want you to over pay on your initial sign up to keep out nasty stuff. A service that lets you upload 700mb for a three month hosting a razor margins would get all the nasty stuff quickly.
