Yeah I DO live in the woods. Maybe get used to the fact that some of us live this and avoid 3rd party footprints as much as possible. If my exchange counterparty requires identification that is a decision I can make. But even if I decide to transact with that person, there are still good reasons to use payment network that does not require identification. Your "fuck it, the merchant requires ID so it doesn't matter" attitude is defeatist.
