Seems weird. I am missing content that I could see earlier with a previous version of the app... Something is bugging me. Is that because the relay he uses. Is offline?

You mean he does NOT have any outbox relays setup?

We shifted away from a centralizing model of fixed relay lists where everybody just uses the same big relays to talk to each other, to a model where each user can have their own relays and things will still work fine. It's much better for decentralization.

OK. And that is an Amethyst thing right? So I guess other users will need time to adjust...?

Many clients are already like that. We were just catching up to them.
