i would usually have the house white or anything italian/spanish in restaurant, but mostly a red drinker... any yellow tail 🫣 image
Nicely done. Obviously you know how to harvest to keep coming back. But By helping it along... Do you mean adding amendments and soil as well as weeding out undesirables?

Likely a Margeaux, or possibly a nice Châteauneuf du Pape, possibly a Shiraz if I can find something similar to an E&E Black Pepper.
