Leathercraft? The art of making beautiful and functional things out of Leather.
Oh man fuck yeah!
The I use the satschip to make my own signing devices. Can't be backed up like the tapsigner tho.
I love the engraved genesis block. I never did one like that.
I'm gonna need someone for the wallet department in a few years π€ (or maybe sooner)
Can I know what leather you used?
This is natural grain leather from TanneryNYC. I think itβs chrome tanned so youβre not technically supposed to laser engrave it, but it still comes out crisp.

Chrome is harder to work with. I lobe this texture on it tho.

Definitely some painstaking hours put in on this piece, but so worth it for the result
If I can allow myself, one thing I would add is some white edge paint on the edges. I think 3 coats would look fantastic.
Or maybe even orange paint π
Itβs hard to see, but the βΏ swoosh and the pockets have one coat of white edge paint (Iβll probably do a min 3 coats in the future). The overall border of the wallet has 8 coats, sanded in between each coat!!
8 coats π³ yep chrome is so much harder to work with π
