I will talk about myself. It needs time, effort in various directions, money and preferences like "i will not replace my spaghetti for something healthier".
Also for some people it is more convenient or important to do exercises to stay fit than eat healthier etc.
I think what is important, is to make some basic steps at least and not abandon yourself. But the least at least, is more about psychology. Maybe it is all about psychology ๐คท
