But first, focus, breath and focus. Rubble or not, property rights are absolute. not contingent on the current state or value of property, but rather on legitimate ownership through homesteading and voluntary exchange! Not on its economic value or physical condition!

The group that claims that the rubble isn’t valuable enough to be property is the same group that turned it into rubble in the first place
Unfortunately, property rights are not absolute. No right is. Rights require defense.
A disarmed populace only has property rights to a certain point. It’s only a matter of time before disarmed people lose their all of their property.
Disarming a population is an evil act of aggression and is a precondition to deprivation of property rights.
Unfortunately true. The ability to defend property rights is not a limitation on their absolute nature, but rather a necessary condition for their practical implementation. Therefore resistance is a sovereignty right to defend it, regardless of the minimal means one might have.
This is why the right of all humans to keep and bear arms is absolute…and an armed populace is a requirement to simultaneously have a state that is both free and secure in the long run.

People think that I, as a physician, should be against individuals keeping or bearing arms…I don’t love guns, but out of love for humanity, I recognize the reality that a good defense saves lives and minimizes suffering in the long run.
They want the property but don't want to pay for it
