When you realize that most laws are designed to protect the government and their cronies, not the people, it all makes more sense
If Iran had been stealing 40% of my income, continually debased my nation’s currency, and arrested Americans for leaving their homes in 2020, I would be the first to speak out against Iran.
However, it isn’t Iran that’s violating my civil liberties - it’s my own government. Therefore, the US government remains enemy #1 for Americans who care about freedom.
Observation: your perspective on AI is directly correlated with how much you code.
If you never code, you think “AI is cool. It can tell me the top Thai restaurants in my area”
If you’re a programmer, you think “holy crap - this is going to obliterate an immense amount of white collar jobs. And in the next 6-12 months”
AI is going to bring the fiat ponzi crashing down. And it’s going to happen soon.
The potential for autonomous bots is obviously off the charts, but right now, it feels too experimental for me to jump in head first. I plan to take it slow and learn from the mistakes of the less cautious.
Progress is deflationary.
Deflation makes debt harder to pay back.
Governments are the biggest debtors.
Governments oppose deflation and therefore oppose progress.
It’s really that simple.
Reminder that family comes first. Everything you do should be in an effort to strengthen your family. If that means buy more bitcoin, buy more bitcoin. If that means sell bitcoin for something more important, do that.
We often lose sight of the only thing that matters.
