The population is probably a lot lower than the ccp claims. But nowhere near as low as this lady claims. I've seen a lot of videos showing well known cities virtually empty at supposedly busy times but i have no way to validate the claim. As for the ghost cities, they built far more homes and apartments than they needed for investment purposes and the market collapsed.
