I don't know about that. Wordpress predates Docker by a decade. If you start trying to set up Docker containers for a Wordpress site then I think we've found the place where it all went wrong.
Self-hosting isn't necessary for censorship resistent posting. The only important thing is that a backup of the wordpress site are stored locally. Then you can use any web-hosting service of your choice, and redeploy your site with another service the moment they so much as look at you funny.
