I assume they have to be young nettles, only around at a certain time of year? Or am I wrong?
They grow almost year round. I try pick them during any season. Just pick the top 4-6 leaves these are always relatively young. In autumn the seeds are full of protein.
Vegan, carnivore, omnivore ... we are individuals and everyone can (should!) go their own way. There are way to many parameters that determine what's healthy for you, so you have to find out. That said I assume there is some consensus on #nostr that industrial food is the problem. My small form of self-defense against this are wild plants: herbs, shrooms ...
