Is npub.cash still a thing, because I see people using it yet when I went and looked the screen just perpetually says 'loading' and nothing happens.

I literally used it about 15 minutes ago.
Sometimes if you're using some kind of network overlay like a VPN, you might see this type of thing happen.
Could just be your corner of the internet has had a blip.
