peter todd is so obviously handled by someone with an agenda. anyone who brings MSM garbage into nostr is an agent provocateur. i don't like that lola wench for the same reason. also why i get so friggin tired of moneros. they also are promoting an agenda that is irrelevant to bitcoin. bitcoin is about 21M forever. anyone who doesn't get that, is trying to change it, and that is a bad thing.

Many bitcoin OGs are broke. Imagine the frustration seeing all that missed opportunity. Of course they’re going to be open to being paid to influence new changes. Or, just want changes that once again allow them to be early. It’s not fair that bitcoiners who came much later have more bitcoin than them. Understandable, but also why it is foolish to defer to someone’s opinion just because they were an OG.

The best we can do is to run a node and refuse to upgrade. The OGs don't control Bitcoin and never will as long as we the individuals run our own nodes.
