It's so rare to see lamb shoulder sold with the bone in around here.
I found some a couple of weeks ago & just had to get one.

It has become quite common over here. A company called Dorper Lamb (named because that’s the breed they raise) flooded the restaurant market with this ‘banjo’ cut.
When traveling to Sydney for work I'd often go to an old Greek restaurant that served slow cooked lamb shoulder. 👌
It was their signature dish & if you didn't pre order it, you ran the risk of not getting it.
