Some evenings I still boot up a C64 emulator, watch a loading screen jitter for 30 seconds and feel weirdly calm. 8 bit patience might be the healthiest habit I picked up in the 90s 🎮

Which emulator do you use?
Mostly VICE on desktop - does the job nicely. I sometimes mess with a web based one too, but VICE plus a little CRT style filter hits the nostalgia just right 🎮
