it never ceases to amaze me how tolerant humans are conditioned to be about the physical harm done to them by tech. i have zero tolerance for it because i know it is fixable. all sound. the_valley has had no mining emp problems until the last week. tax season plus using more nostr. i think if we tune the relays it will make all sorts of progress. we see.
the second i start hearing that whine i fix it, no headache etc. just annoying brain pull. i don't allow it. 😁

I have been developing apps in it for a few hours a day. It has only bothered me once to the point of taking it off. I take breaks every 30 minutes or so. In it now.
I've been using mine 2-4hrs/day, no negative side effects.
It was uncomfortable to wear in the first couple weeks but my head and face adapted.
I wear a bike helmet with accessories for up to 41miles/day so my *neck* may have adjusted quicker than most.
