I know we're all anti-statist here but the more I listen to JD Vance speak the more I like the guy. Don't agree on everything ofc but in general he's well spoken, comes across intelligent, and his views lean more towards individual freedom than most mainstream politicians.
Don't get me wrong he could just be lying about everything. But based on the shit he says, he seems based and definitely knows his shit. And his usual stance on personal decisions is "make laws using democracy and let adults make their own decisions even if they're not the ones I'd make."
Assuming Trump's second term goes well, I'd put good money on JD being the next president. The fact he's not a trillion years old works massively in his favour too.
Speaking as an outsider but one who watches events closely and spots patterns and trends fairly well.
