Hey @jack As I am quite certain you know, this is already underway throughout China. I’d even go so far as to state that the AI war is over. In 12 months time open source models will devour the market share of the American closed platforms. While Zuck and Altman go to the mattress over poaching and throwing gobs of money to hire mercenaries, they are all fighting the wrong battle. CapX is being pissed away. All the while the Chinese have pressed forward with solving the compute issue. And that was before access to Nvidia’s H20 chip came back online. Brute force innovation.
