I had the gym almost to myself today which meant my trainer could play what I wanted to work out to. The right music and some Limp Bizkit makes me dig deeper and push harder! 😎
Lower Body
3 sets of 15 reps
Duo split squat 210 lbs per leg
Leg press 270 lbs
Hack squat 120 lbs
Trap bar deadlifts 95 lbs (NEW PR)
Sumo squats 50 lb kettlebell
8 lb medicine ball toe touches x 15
30 sec Russian twists with 8 lb medicine ball
30 sec 6 inch hold
30 sec leg raises
