I know that ruling the world is not very anarchist. I would probably try to dispense with all of the governments of the world, and their nuclear weapons and militaries. The rule would be: there are no rulers, but God. No king but King Jesus.

I'd do the opposite, partly. Every home can have a modular nuclear reactor, and those can be weaponized to a relatively small but meaningful degree, thus giving both kinds of power to the smallest unit of society. Golden age of peace, backed by force, and abundant energy. Good proliferation.
With all of the psychopaths in the world, you know that some of those nukes would be set off, right? Just like guns are regularly used for murder, and not just self defense.
