Tech is never neutral; it amplifies whoever holds the reins.
For #nostr we must be vigilant that the npub holder is always the one holding their own reins.

That doesn't mean the tech isn't neutral - the opposite, actually. As long as the amplifier amplifies whoever is holding the reins, it is neutral.
