Well if they removed their child from anything they wouldn’t have gotten any id from any government and should have not reported the birth to the government… That website isn’t getting you to opt out it still wants you to do the whole set up a trust thing which is still a government thing… So in reality it’s hey haven’t done anything to remove the child from government rule…

I didn't entirely understand it myself, but I believe it is removing the ability for the state to apply a definition of your responsibilities of a parent / guardian. Instead restoring the concept of a parent defined by the parent, meaning the state has limited ability to intervene in your child's life. As for the trust thing, have you looked into the cook islands?
