Get mad at some relays that are in their jurisdiction and maybe go after them. Or if someone posts it from cali maybe? Not sure, it would be hard for anything to stick I imagine, but I don’t doubt they would try something.
Relays might have to block Cali users. We do that for gdpr so we don’t have to abide by europes web privacy laws. Even though they’re not enforced...

This is where I struggle- In my opinion it's not ethical to put words into someone's mouth or string together words said to make the meme. That's a violation of personhood that we don't want. If it's someone else's opinion- no problem. People can agree or disagree.
