A few months ago one of the neighbours put some frangipani off cuts out on the verge for bulk rubbish collection- me being me saw some potential shade plants and scooped them up and put them in the ground. They were in pretty poor condition and despite being torn out a couple of times by meddling passers-by, they're finally showing signs of life! So as of the 10th of December 2025 Australia made a "law" stating that under 16s couldn't be on certain social media platforms. They did this under the pretence of "protecting kids" but anyone capable of critical thinking knows it's the thin end of the wedge for more and more control for the powers that shouldn't be and less freedom for us. Every time the powers that shouldn't be ban something because they think it will solve a problem, they create black markets and work arounds because in the end, good people break bad laws!
