With respect I think you are conflating two separate things. Bitcoin is only about censorship resistant money (transactions). Free Speech might encompass this, depending on your definition of same, but repression of state critical speech is a different thing to repression of state independent money. Of course you may value both and that's fine. And I make no comment here on the authoritarian crackdown you are attributing to the Salvadorian govt. Just I think one needs to remember that the censorship resistance Bitcoin gives is specific to its monetary domain. And a state might be fine with censorship resistant money while still wanting to control (political) speech and see no inconsistency or hypocrisy.
