Nostr development is much more intricate than a basic centralized app, and just a frontend that is made from a template is not enough. To get anything decent you will need devs with good skills which will cost a lot more $$$, and even then you need the backend, server operations, etc… it is doable by a single person but you need someone that is willing to for that price

Its the adding the discord features of having a video/audio room like corny chat which is centralized as last time I checked there is no nip running webcam feeds to relays lol.
