Curious fact... About the last couple hours of #nostriga, my phone started to receive weird notifications in Russian. I didn't open them, but swept them off. I don't know Russian but it is close to my language and I recognized words like hacked. It was multiple notifications all at once. That happened after my phone had been plugged into charge by the really nice videographer upfront to his square, filming at #nostriga. My immediate thought was this is attempt to get hacked. I ran my anti virus software and nothing was detected. Any thoughts by the hackers and the knowledgeable folks out there? #asknostr

Small reminder to never use public wifi or random cables.

Thought I'd bad it off. Cos I am roaming and don't have much through silent.link but it doesn't seem like it was off now that I confirm... and yes I was using the buildings wifi as there was lil reception otherwise.

This just happened again. Thoughts? Am I hacked? image
Israeli spyware that can basically worm into any phone via text message (I don’t think they even have to be opened). That said, you’re likely not being targeted by Pegasus - just some other weird phishing / SIM swamp campaign

How do I know if it is successful. How do I put a wall?
Unfortunately I’m not one of the technical guys. I just know these things are out there. I’d ask one of the trusted people at Nostriga is they have a technical expert who can help / assess for you. There is also certainly a number of people there who can help.
damn. I swear I have nothing connected! but if you connected to the free or other janky WiFi --- 😬
