Everyone with half a brain will know that Revolut can't give personal data of citizens to a different country government.
Having said that, when we limit the countries that has more than 71m people and Revolut operates we get USA, UK and Germany.
Now if we believe that it could be UK or Germany than we have to believe Revolut market share in the country banking has to be above 90%.
So we are left only with USA which has 350M people and 71M is 20%, which is realistic.
Based on this information and having in mind the GDPR of EU that Revolut has to obey the only conclusion is that it is a USA government agency.
