If we can get back to eating real food and fix the food industry I think we will be amazed at how many problems that solves. We can’t thrive as a civilization if we are constantly poisoning ourselves.

That should be legally actionable as an untrue selling claim. As a libertarian I don’t think a government law is required, but an individual should be able to sue for false claim by the vendor.
We get the same thing with sandwich shops in Australia. “ Would you like butter ?” Then they put margarine on the bread. 🤢
