Left to right will get much prettier grill lines.
It's a thin steak so will only need to be flipped once.
If it were thicker I'd run it on a slight 30⁰ angle horizontally in case I needed to flip twice.
Purely cosmetic though
He's a Bitcoiner so I'm guessing he's also trying to conserve gas 😂
This works best on this grill.
