It happened and passed a few days ago. Both Oman and UAE had seen unusual amounts of rain, something like what normally happens over two years happened in two days. The word is that it is going to rain again in the next days but it won't be as horrible.

it's a new cloud seeding technology that uses electricity the ironic thing is that with all that is known about the sun sending electrons into our atmosphere, it suggests that the cloud forming and precipitation patterns are CONTROLLED BY THE SUN via the electrons it pumps into the ionosphere really, this is the beginning of the end of the CO2 AGW narrative apparently this technology works remarkably well, but massive flood disaster in 3... 2... 1...

I'm not sure about the wind though. It wasn't just the rain. I lived in the area for 2 decades before 2013 and now I'm back, I haven't seen such strong wind and obviously rain in my life.
