It's amazing how movement & strenuous activity can make you feel better.
I somehow forget this but it becomes obvious shortly after working out.
Do you have snowshoes or cross country skis? Those help

Thanks everyone. I’ve been doing most already (no cross country skies, gym or sauna though, which are logistically not sensible right now) and this hasn’t been my first rodeo. I’ve been prone to depressive episodes since I’ve been 14-15 or you so. It usually starts to creep in around mid to late December and stays until end of February, give or take.
Doing lots of bodyweight & weight training, yoga, walks, bicycle rides, axe swinging and other physical labor around the house. Eating meat, supplementing, cooking, reading, good music - I do all that.
I definitely need to increase my sun exposure though and I should wake up earlier to get more sun.
