Bitcoin has a mining centralisation problem, and no one has a solution to it.
BIP110 side is taking action, albeit extreme and seemingly reckless.
Anti-BIP110 has no solution, and simply just apathetic to the problem.

I think Ocean has done a good job gaining hash rate and providing innovative features for miners. To suggest that nothing can be done without splitting the chain is a deficiency in creativity.
