I think Ocean has done a good job gaining hash rate and providing innovative features for miners. To suggest that nothing can be done without splitting the chain is a deficiency in creativity.

Most vocal leaders of BIP-110 are Ocean execs, seems weird that the one thing that actually makes a difference in miner decentralisation is deemed not enough by the ones who are actually leaders of that space, to lead them to taking action in creating the BIP110 movement.
