⚡️200 Sats for each helpful comment⚡️ I'm ditching the term "natural alignment" because it's got connotations to AI training 😂. I like "Primal Posture" but that's trademarked by the hungry girl Esther Gokhale. So which of these resonates more with you: 1. Optimal Posture "In optimal posture, blood and lymph flow unobstructed" 2. Aligned Posture "Aligned posture doesn't just look good, it feels good" 3. Balance "when we sit in balance, we can work on the compute for hours without neck or shoulder pain." 4. On the line of gravity "Remember, when lifting weights while on the line of gravity, you're developing muscle memory to keep you on the line for the rest of the day." 5. Depends on what exactly you’re communicating I think each one could have a place. Aligned posture is easy to understand. Makes me think about my posture when sitting, driving, working, standing, walking etc. primal posture makes me think of mobility training and movement practices, less about posture more about movement. I’d use both depending on the context
Yeah good points. I'm writing a pdf intro on this stuff and I find myself jumping around with terms, like you suggest, depending on the context. But if I were to pick one for my profile, I'd want the one that is most holographic (where the parts contain the whole, complete, memetic). Sounds like "Aligned" is that for you?

All make sense with title and descriptions, clear and concise direct to the point. But on the line of gravity went above that picking curiousity, and at least in my case hooked to learn more and had more impact
1. Really resonates with me. Could also think of one that just emphasizes a strong base, mobile, strong, able to flow, etc
