9/10/2001 Never forget… the $2.3T reported missing by Donald Rumsfeld- which was accounted for in the DOD budget analyst section of the Pentagon and in WTC7, the building that fell at 5pm on 9/11 without being hit by a plane. 47 story building became a 3-4 story pile of rubble in under 7 seconds. The building fell at free fall speed. When I realized 9/11 was an inside job it completely changed my life. It was the “red pill” moment when I started questioning everything and became a critical thinker.

Day 1 filming in Colombia. Comuna 13 is truly one of the most unique places I’ve ever been. In the 90s, there was a lot of violence, basically a war from the stories I heard. Through art, creativity, and small businesses that youthful energy was redirected positive. Now bitcoin is taking hold with 30+ merchants. Just an awesome day overall and a great start to the documentary in Colombia.

I speak with a lot of bitcoiners who get to a point with bitcoin education when the question becomes, “what next?” To answer this question one must evolve from a pleb to a pioneer. Nobody gives the pioneer directions. The pioneer walks the path least traveled, without asking for permission.

Medellin day 1. My checked bag got stuck in Miami, so bought some underwear and shorts at the mall. Haven’t slept well since last week in Hong Kong, but tomorrow filming begins. Go time.

We’re all trying to make sense of what bitcoin is. Problem is we don’t have the right words. Language limits our understanding. No analogy is perfect because bitcoin is truly novel. I’m at the point where I feel like I understand bitcoin less and less every day. I expect this will change… but what a time to be alive. Stay open minded, stay curious. We still have a lot to learn.
