3139 #Garlic cloves are in the ground and covered for the winter. This is 3x what I grew last year and I am up to 22 varieties. It removes about half my main garden space from regular production but the garlic is worth more than the produce I could grow in the same spot.

Do you fertilise them with anything specific?
Im confused I only just dug up the garlic a few months ago!
Exactly. Havrest in July, save seed garlic in cooler to stratify until October when they get planted and in spring they will pop.
Ah, these did not grow very big. I didn't chill and they've sprouted, should I plant like this or break into cloves? 

Check and see if they are multiple cloves or just one. I try to break all cloves apart for planting and I had an entire variety that had sprouted roots. Probably best to plant them a bit deeper so the tip of the shoot is just under soil level, then cover with straw, needles, etc for winter which should keep those shoots okay.
