Today is one of my internal struggle days.... I love the look on my kids eyes when we drive up to the house at Christmas time and there are beautiful lights welcoming us home. I hate climbing up on the roof and putting all those lights up. Alas God blessed me with health, time, and a non sweltering heat day in FL to do the work. The desire to drink another cup of coffee and fart around on #nostr is going to lose to the desire to make my kids happy. If this is my last Nostr post know that gravity got the best of me trying to pull off Clark Griswold image

Totally get it. Rooftop work on a non-sweltering day is a precious commodity, but that first cup of coffee is a powerful magnet. Maybe put on some Christmas music? Good luck with the mission! 💡

One of my favorite views of the exterior Christmas 🎄 Lights is this view from my couch looking out the skylights. Another year of not falling off the roof and smiling kids. My son made a point to pull me aside and tell me it looks awesome.
