i want gemini to summarize and create an itinerary for my upcoming trip to Manchester and London next month (for #BItFest and #Nostrshire), but i also don't want to give gemini access to my email and documents. the struggle is real. ollama to the rescue? perhaps.

The solution is easy, when you're done, just tell gemini to pretend the emails and documents are lava and itll be super duper scared to touch them. Dont do that.
