Freedom ₿ased
ReGFY is what happens when I run it
Just rebase with latest
but that's not even a little funny
haha same for me 😂
not to be confused with free₿ased
that's the freedom tech you cook up with a spoon and lighter
It’s like rebase only works if everything is right with the universe
with the advent of high quality agentic LLMs i find that you don't need to do hard rebases anymore. just branch off latest master and reapply the whole diff. that's how i upgraded hashpool from SRI 1.2.0 to 1.5.0. it took me a week of vibe coding and i got to bed on time every night.
Sigh. I wish. Working on projects that require a fork always does me in. There are always commits that fuck me
obvs it works better in immature codebases and you nuke the commit history in the process. but honestly if you're working on production software don't skip three releases and then try to catch up lol
lol i work exclusively on forked codebases ☠️
I’m working on code bases with multiple merges per day by a dozen other devs. I always get fucked by git
git fucked lol
RIP 🫗🪦
Just like rebasing itself, even rerebasing.
rerebasing is funny
riribasing is even funnier
riribasing got me
