What’s everyone cooking for Christmas / Eve? I’m bringing assorted miniature quiches to brunch tomorrow. #foodstr

Interesting. I do love cured fish, but I’m always skeptical of combining seafood and dairy products 😂 I have come around to it a bit with some Northeastern US classics like New England Chowder. I’m sure yours is delicious too, enjoy 🤙
I feel like roasting is a must in the winter months. We do the prime rib in the oven. 350F for a hour and then turn it down to 140F and just let it go until internal temp hits.

My 6 year old daughter politely asked for spaghetti and I don't have any better ideas.
