I think I’ve had Lutefisk - it’s cured cod? Never tried to make anything like that
Whole sirloin on the 25th. Still trying to convince the family to roast not bbq
Yep, cured in lye. Basically a jello'd fish. We boil it up and then mix it in with a cream sauce.
I feel like roasting is a must in the winter months. We do the prime rib in the oven. 350F for a hour and then turn it down to 140F and just let it go until internal temp hits.
