If you don’t plan to do something, don’t start it.
If you start, finish it, no matter what happens.
When you decide to do something, stick to it. Don’t let anything or anyone stop you. Once you’ve made up your mind, it’s done, and there’s no turning back. 🫡

LOCK IN
The reputation you have with yourself is the most important.
If you keep breaking promises to yourself, you become someone who doesn't trust themselves.
Sometimes I /can't/ stop. I become so consumed by the project that after I succeed, I fear the next project I take on. It's all or nothing, or as @ODELL would say, RIDE OR DIE.
💯
Rightly so! I keep quoting Thoreau today: "Public opinion is a weak tyrant compared with our own private opinion. What a man thinks of himself, that it is which determines, or rather indicates, his fate."
Ser, this is too much motivation for a Saturday.
Please repost on Monday 🤣

TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS WITHOUT TELLING ME YOU DON'T HAVE KIDS
Hahahahaha
That’s when it counts though
DONT LET ANYONE STOP YOU!
2 words, Man Up. 🔥💪🏻
You will be habitually disappointed if you can’t count on yourself. Shit hits like a brick 🧱
Too much left hemisphere here Max. Depends so much on the scope and context.
If you commit to a backflip, you just go all the way. If you commit to becoming a professional soccer player, maybe you notice something more interesting that comes along the way.
It's perfectly fine to change your mind and move on to something new outside of your original plan.
Go all the way
🔥
Notice how he used the word tyrant. I'd rather not be ruled by a private tyrant. Discipline is necessary but rigidity will break you.
Not so easy.
Carful of sunken cost fallacy.
